The Nebraska Community Foundation works with community, organizational and donor-advised affiliated funds serving 250 communities located in 80 counties. NCF and its affiliated funds have reinvested $269 million in Nebraska since 1994.
This website is owned and operated by Nebraska Community Foundation (“NCF”). NCF is committed to honoring the privacy of all those with whom we work, including donors, visitors to our website, and subscribers to our electronic newsletters.
The following paragraphs describe NCF’s information gathering and dissemination practices. The privacy statement may change at any time; any changes will be posted on this page.
Your right to privacy is important to us. NCF does not collect personal information about individuals unless such individuals knowingly provide information to NCF. NCF does not share or make public any personal information gathered through our website.
We will request information through online forms used to allow you to make a contribution to NCF (including its affiliated funds) or register for an NCF event. NCF uses authorize.net to collect contributions and other payments made online by credit card. Your personally identifiable information used to process transactions is entered directly on authorize.net’s website.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving NCF’s electronic newsletters or other communications, or to be removed from our email list, you may unsubscribe by using the “opt-out” instructions within each newsletter or contacting NCF at (402) 323-7330.
Except as explained in the next sentence, NCF will not share, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside the organization. NCF has a contract with a third party to provide some electronic newsletters, and NCF provides email addresses to this third party only for the purpose of delivering these electronic newsletters. The third party does not share this information.
