The Nebraska Community Foundation serves 203 community, organizational and donor-advised affiliated funds in 183 communities located in 72 Nebraska counties. NCF and its affiliated funds have reinvested $96.6 million in Nebraska since 1993.
The Nebraska Community Foundation, headquartered in Lincoln, serves a network of affiliated fund leaders located throughout the state. NCF is governed by a board of directors who represent Nebraska’s diverse geographic interests. Several NCF board members are also leaders of their local affiliated funds.

Jim and Ginger Nissen of Lincoln made a gift that will benefit their hometown of Wayne. Jim grew up on a farm near Wayne, and Ginger moved to Wayne as a high school student. After they married, Jim and Ginger moved to Lincoln, but they continued to stay connected to their hometown.
