Karla Egger joined the NCF staff as Senior Accountant in June 2007. Her responsibilities include handling general accounting for investments, fees, fund statements, budget analysis and financial reports. Karla helps fund advisory committee members with questions about their account balances, endowment payouts, and financial reports.
Before joining NCF Karla worked with the University of Nebraska Foundation and the Nebraska Humanities Council. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Originally from Crofton, NE, she now lives near Martell with her husband Matt. They have two sons. In addition to crunching numbers, Karla enjoys reading, gardening, rug hooking and shopping for antiques. She says the best thing about working at NCF is the satisfaction she receives from helping people all across Nebraska to achieve great things for their communities.
