
The Chase County Hospital Foundation Fund was established to build an endowment to support the charitable work of the Chase County Hospital Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
Purpose of the Foundation:
Maintaining an effective system of healthcare is important to enhancing the quality of life for area residents and keeping our rural communities strong and vibrant. Chase County Community Hospital is a self-sustaining facility that is not supported by tax dollars. The Chase County Hospital Foundation is committed to securing resources to support the hospital in its mission to provide a high quality, affordable healthcare system for area residents.
As an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation, all contributions to the Chase County Hospital Foundation Fund are tax-deductible. The Nebraska Community Foundation is confirmed in compliance with the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations, and has met the nation’s highest philanthropic standards of operational quality, integrity and accountability.

A permanent account whose assets are invested to generate an ongoing source of income year after year. Investment earnings from the endowment are used to support the mission of the organization. The Fund Advisory Committee determines how the money generated from the endowment will be used to support specific activities and programs.
