The Nebraska Community Foundation (NCF) has developed forms to be used for routine transactions such as submitting contributions for and requesting disbursements from your affiliated fund. In connection with maintaining the financial books and records for each of its affiliated funds, NCF prepares financial reports for your affiliated fund. Quarterly Fund Reports and Audit Trails and annual financial statements are sent to each affiliated fund.
