Craig
Community Foundation Fund The Craig Community Foundation Fund was established in 1998 to improve the quality of life for the Craig area by supporting community improvement.
In 1998, an antique Craig calendar and a stand-up cutout of John Wayne were auctioned off and the proceeds were used as "seed money" to start the Craig Community Foundation. Thanks to contributions of current and former area residents and local businesses, the Craig Community Foundation has raised $5,000 to be used for park renovations in 2000. Additional projects of the Craig Foundation include fundraising for gym renovations and educational loans/grants.
