Wilber Area Community Foundation Fund

This Fund supports the Wilber area, including many of the small surrounding communities with various community improvement projects. The foundation aims to provide a tax-deductible means for community supporters to contribute to their communities for specific projects as well as future community improvements.

The Foundation was recently used in the contributions of funds for the Downtown Historic Lighting project in the downtown Wilber area. The City of Wilber announced that it would be replacing the business area sidewalks and a committee of community members joined together to replace the existing lighting with a more historical street light and other downtown decorative Czech improvements. Many area businesses and citizens contributed to the project by purchasing a light pole with a brass recognition plate.
