The Nebraska Community Foundation works with community, organizational and donor-advised affiliated funds serving 250 communities located in 80 counties. NCF and its affiliated funds have reinvested $269 million in Nebraska since 1994.
Over 30 community members and Wallace Community Fund members gathered on Feb. 17 at the American Legion Hall for a “visioning session.” The event was sponsored by the Wallace Community Fund (WCF), an affiliated fund of Nebraska Community Foundation (NCF).
The community visioning session is the first step in NCF’s Action Planning Process. The results of this session will be used to craft a vision statement, set project priority areas, and will be referenced when considering future grant awards by the WCF Advisory committee.
