Manager of Public Private Partnerships and Senior Advisor
Diane joined Nebraska Community Foundation in July 2006 and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for more than nine years. She continues to work with Nebraska Community Foundation on a part-time basis as Manager of Public-Private Partnerships, serving as a key liaison with several NCF public/private partnership funds, including the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program Fund.
Diane has over 25 years of experience in finance and tax, and is a certified public accountant. She has advised tax-exempt organizations throughout her career. Prior to joining NCF, Diane was the Vice President – Taxes for HCP, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-traded real estate investment trust (REIT). Diane spent 17 years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP and was a tax partner at both firms.
Diane is a native of New London, Iowa and has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Iowa. She received her M.B.A. from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
