Greta Leach

Director of Community Development Philanthropy

Greta Leach helps Nebraska communities use philanthropy and asset-based approaches as tools for rural community development. Greta helps to lead NCF staff members and partners in implementing activities to strengthen affiliated fund leadership, grow local assets, and enhance community impact. Greta also serves as the primary contact and resource person for a number of NCF affiliated funds.

Greta’s professional experience includes traditional and grassroots fundraising, nonprofit and faith-based community leadership, and public accounting. She has assisted a wide variety of persons in identifying and using their existing resources to improve their lives and communities.

Greta is a native of Aurora, NE and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a master’s of theological studies from the Iliff School of Theology.  She enjoys long-distance hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
