Together, we’ll learn from NCF network volunteers who have embraced the power of “common courage” through small, consistent acts that, woven together, transform vision into reality. 

Across Nebraska, we know a community’s size does not dictate its dreams. When neighbors choose hope, generosity, and shared action, their individual efforts begin to interlace, strengthening local leadership, reinforcing hometown pride, and shaping a brighter future for all. 

Along the way, you’ll meet communities that turn obstacles into opportunities, weaving together practical solutions that bring young people home and inspire others to claim a new hometown. From ambitious capital projects like trails, indoor arenas, and childcare centers to innovative programs such as youth entrepreneurship contests and Spanish language classes, you’ll discover what happens when people unite around a shared love for their place and hold courage in common.
