Lunch & Learn: Print isn’t dead… it’s evolving!

Millions of people across the county and around the world are reading about Greater Nebraska thanks to The Better Half, a collaboration between the Omaha World-Herald and Nebraska Community Foundation. In total, the collaboration has resulted in nearly 43 million impressions, not to mention numerous new opportunities and partnerships for NCF, including a similar partnership with Norfolk Daily News focusing on stories out of Northeast and North Central Nebraska.

Join us Wednesday, April 11 at 12:15 p.m. when Reggi Carlson and Carrie Malek-Madani of Nebraska Community Foundation discuss how NCF is utilizing print publications and branded storytelling to introduce new audiences (and prospective donors) to the NCF movement… and how your own affiliated fund might incorporate print into its marketing plan this year. You’ll learn:

  • What kind of stories get the most attention
  • How to incorporate marketing messages tastefully and subtlety
  • How to approach your local newspaper editor about a collaboration with your affiliated fund
