Sandhills Discovery Center Fund

The Sandhills Discovery Center at Halsey will be a unique educational and recreational facility designed to foster a deeper understanding of the Nebraska Sandhills’ rich cultural, ecological, and historical heritage. Located in the heart of the Sandhills, the center will offer experiential learning programs, interactive displays, gathering places, overnight spaces, and outdoor activities. It aims to become a hub for community members, youth campers, tourists, students, and nature enthusiasts to explore, learn, and enjoy the region’s unique landscapes.
