Beth Roelfs

Diller

Beth Roelfs is a lifelong resident of Diller. Beth and her husband, Dean, farm. Their sons have both chosen to return to the Diller community to build their dreams.

Over her career, Beth served as an elementary school teacher, Title One, and elementary special education instructor, retiring after 24 years. She worked for Blue Valley Community Action, served as an AmeriCorps member focusing on conflict resolution and mediation education with youth, as well as Disabilities Coordinator for the Head Start/Early Head Start programs.

Beth is a founding member of the Diller Community Foundation Fund. She is also a member of local D2 Housing, Park Improvement, and Big Give committees and coordinates community programming for youth through her church and school.

Beth’s passions are children and community. Her dream for Diller is to ignite passion, pride, and engagement in the hearts of many community members for “their place.” This energy will ensure that her hometown will have what it needs to perpetuate progress into the future.
