As of July 30, 2025, NCF Connect is seeing some major improvements! This page provides extensive detail on these changes and how volunteers in the NCF network can access them and put them to work!
What is NCF Connect?
NCF Connect is the online platform that allows volunteers in our network to access financial information pertaining to their NCF affiliated fund as well as important forms and resources to keep your fund running smoothly.
What is FundMiner?
FundMiner is the third-party technology platform that powers NCF Connect. FundMiner is known in the industry for its ability to help fundraising organizations like ours use technology and data to improve their work.
If you are an existing user, please watch your inbox for an invitation from FundMiner and follow the steps to access your account. You will automatically receive this email.
First time users must fill out a simple form. Once verified, you will receive an email invitation from FundMiner.
Please note: as we transition to this new technology, emails regarding NCF Connect will come from FundMiner. Be sure to check spam/junk folders for communications from support@fundminer.com.
What changes will I notice with the new NCF Connect?
This new technology allows for a number of improvements and enhancements to the prior version:
- There are no longer limitations to how many volunteers can gain access to NCF Connect. If you are actively part of a fund advisory committee for an NCF affiliated fund, you may sign-up and access your fund information.
- It’s easier to use. We think you’ll find this new version more intuitive and have an easier time accessing important information like your fund’s endowment payout.
- It has new features. The new NCF Connect includes enhancements like a calendar application as well as the ability to access and update forms (like the Authorized Signers form).
