Director of Peer Learning
As Director of Peer Learning, Anders trains, coaches, mentors, and supports volunteers and staff to implement educational content throughout NCF’s network of more than 270 affiliated communities.
He previously worked for NCF as an affiliated fund development coordinator for communities in northeast and north central Nebraska. Prior to rejoining NCF, Anders worked as a loan officer for First Northeast Bank of Nebraska in Tekamah and a graduate teaching assistant at the UNL College of Business. He has also been an active member (and currently serves as co-chair) of Connecting Young Nebraskans, an affiliated fund of Nebraska Community Foundation.
Anders grew up on a farm outside of Tekamah where his family’s business sold new and used farm equipment. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and master’s degree in business administration.
