  • General Account

An account used by the local Fund Advisory Committee to support and maintain the affiliated fund’s activities within the community.

  • Unrestricted Endowment Account

A permanent account whose assets are invested to generate an ongoing source of income year after year. Investment earnings from the endowment are used to support community improvements and programs. The Fund Advisory Committee determines how the money generated from the endowment will be used to benefit the county now and in the future.

  • Rushville Museum Project

The purpose of this account is to help raise funds to support the building of an addition to the Rushville Sheridan County Historical Museum to house the Sheridan County History Center. Project costs which may be funded by this Account include feasibility studies; architectural, design and engineering costs; construction costs; furnishings and equipment; displays and educational materials for the addition, as well as renovations and maintenance for the existing museum. To the extent funds remain, they may be used to fund museum operations and/or establishment of a quasi-endowment to support Project. If the museum addition does not proceed, the contributions raised will be used for improvements to the existing museum, including displays.
