The Wauneta Community Fund was established in 1996 when the community received a substantial contribution of appreciated stock and cash from the Benkelman/Wauneta Telephone Company (BWTelcom). The Foundation allows donors to make tax-deductible charitable contributions that will benefit the community of Wauneta, not only today, but for years to come. A gift to the Wauneta Community Fund is an opportunity to leave a legacy in the future of the community we love.
